I have found some great cash flow opportunities with some manufactured homes but am having a hard time finding someone to finance them. Most of the time they are turning me away for one of two reasons. One, they do not lend for manufactured homes and two they do not lend if I do not own the land. These homes could bring me thousands of dollars a month if I could just find the correct funding. IF anyone has any ideas, advise, word of wisdom, etc... that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
