Just signed up to bigger pockets to learn about real estate and wanting to move forward into real estate. If you already own a primary residence ( single home), what is the best way to move forward in owning multi-family home or other real estate property? Is through conventional loans, tax liens, or FHA loans? Should I start with short term rental/rental arbritrage first and than go into owning and holding properties?
