Hi guys just wanted to see if anyone was interested in partnering up on a project in Wappingers Falls?

I found an amazing property. Great ARV, prime location in westchester county Tarrytown. I had a small business, so my credit is an issue. Money is tight I don't have the 30% to put down and New York is a real sellers market. How do I get a deal under my belt? I have read all the books and spoke with my resources. I am at wits end. What would you do? Please help!
