I would put a 3" filler on each side of the dishwasher.

The name of the company has never gotten me a deal. I have hung my license at both small and large brokerages and I have decided to go with a local brokerage that does have a good name but only charges a 90/10 split, $40/month $6k cap out of pocket. There is no reason to give away $25k with a 60/40 split in my opinion. If you need training, which you will, start networking, go to meet ups and find a mentor.

I'm selling the contract to this great 2bd 1ba Tacoma home. Detached 1 car garage.  Great location! It still has the original trim and built-ins. This home is in excellent condition. Personally I would move two interior doors but pretty much everything else is purely cosmetic. Roof and foundation are in good shape. No sloped floors. No Mold. Pressure wash the siding. Newer vinyl windows. Contents will be removed prior to closing.
