Actually I've been looking in my market which is Connecticut upset New York and the condos that are 2/2  or  more or less in the same price very little difference of any .  But the only difference is that here in Connecticut you don't have as many options as you  what have in the south .  Tampa  as a lot of condos for sale at the 50 K 60 K range .  Connecticut I only found about 4.  And most of the really good ones are in the high 100,000s so to me that the market here in Connecticut is extremely overpriced .  Don't even want to imagine upstate New York .

Thank you yes I have seen that in some of the condos that I've been looking at not only in Jacksonville but also in Tampa .

I appreciate the feedback

@Michael , why would you not want to buy a rental property in Orlando?
@Gus , thank you so much for your input I really appreciate it. Yes I've been looking a lot in Orlando one of the primary reasons because I have a lot of family there. I have seen some condos in the $50k and $60k range for sale as cash investments, but I've done some research and they're located in some of the worst areas there. Seems like the really good areas of Orlando are in the upper 100,000+. So yes I understand what you're saying you're right it is a very high-end market. I'm also looking in Jacksonville Tampa and I also just found a 2/2 Condo up in Pine Hills area Orlando for sale at a very good price. I'll keep on searching I'm not in a rush I just want to find something good.
Stanley Outstanding thank you very much I'm on it
Thank you Shane, if they require a little bit of rehab that'll be OK I just don't want to spend too much money and rehab if I don't mean to. But yes I've looked around and it does seem like you can find a couple of very nice condos in that range. I will also look at the condo association fees as well etc. about the cash flow and really don't know what to expect I will definitely some insight on that

Hello everyone my name is Nelson and I just joined. I am looking to soon Invest in  my first rental property  somewhere between Orlando and Tampa or Jacksonville Florida.  My initial investment looks that I can be anywhere from 50k to 60k.

By the research that I have done it looks like that can only get me like a two bedroom one bathroom condo or something in that category ;  which is fine for me as long as it's something that I can pay for cash and avoid any kind of loans.

I wanna stay away from the remodeling or rebuilding as I am in a strict budget for this. Can anyone here provide some meaningful and experienced opinions? Or if someone is in or has been in the same situation it would be great to hear from experience as well.

Thanks

Nelson !!!
