Have you watched any Jerry Norton You Tube videos? He has excellent training, detailed explanations and live calls with agents. I've gained a tremendous amount of knowledge just listening to him talk to agents and sellers on his live call training. 

Thanks for all the input, it's invaluable. The pool is already filled in and the city deemed the property unsuitable for use unless the pool is completely removed. It will be a worthwhile process to pursue, regardless of the outcome. There is much to learn in all the layers. 

Thank you, it's good to hear from personal experience. From what I"ve researched it sounds like quite an undertaking and costly if you want the approval to rebuild on the soil. 

Does anyone have experience or knowledge of the complete removal of a buried underground pool? There is an empty lot I'm interested in purchasing but it has a decades old community pool that has been filled in. The lot cannot be utilized until the pool is removed.
