I am seeking a job opportunity, to work alongside a realtor.  I am seeking this opportunity in an effort to become the best I can be when it comes to real estate investing, mainly buying and flipping, as well as doing some wholesaling.  I prefer to work with someone locally, as I reside in the San Francisco, area. I do hold a regular job during the week, so I would love to be able to connect with and work with a  real estate professional during the weekends.

To all buyers interested in investing in the Indianapolis area.   I have the following available:

1bd/1ba, has a new water heater, new furnace and a fenced-in backyard at $20K

3bd/1ba going for $15,500
