I've been exploring RE ownership, having one STR in PA. Living in Tappan, NY, I am looking at NY/NJ for opportunities to apply strategies like BRRRR to build a portfolio of properties. Would like to connect with others in the area who are doing this already to learn from, and align a team to be able to dive into this market. Anyone here fits that bill, and are there any meetups in the area that are good to attend?
