Does anyone use LandTrust as a second line of defense in your real estate business? How do you set it up in the combination with the LLC? Some people would say that the LandTrust is for the privacy protection and the business entity such as LLC is the asset protection. What do you think?

Does anyone use Landtrust? If so, how do you combine the LandTrust and the entity such as LLC and the Corporation? I heard someone said that the LandTrust is the second line of defense. And LandTrust is for the privacy protection, and the entity is for the asset protection. Is that true?

Mrs. Smith,
I have the following poem for the encouragement.

Don’t Quit

When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,
When the road you’re trudging seems all uphill,
When fund are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit,
Rest, if you must, but don’t you quit.

Life is queer with its twists and turns,
As every one of us sometimes learns,
And many a failure turns about,
When he might have won had the stuck it out;
Don’t give up though the pace seems slow,
You may succeed with another blow.

Success is failure turned inside out,
The silver tint of the clods of doubt,
And you never can tell how close you are,
It may be near when it seems so far;
So stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit,
It’s when things seem worst that you must not quit.

By the way, which city of California are you living in? I live in San Jose.

Do you know how to set up a LLC in California? Do I need a real estate attorney to have a LLC set up?

For those of you who are full-time either residential or commercial real estate investor, how did you first get started? Did you have a mentor to start with? If yes, what is your comment about the mentorship with Peter Conti?

Hi There,
I hope some of you may have some ideas about percentage of interest the hard money lenders can make. My questions are:
Where can I find the hard money lender websites?
Is there a rule or regulation in each state?

Your inputs are appreciated.

Hello All,
Have you heard about Reggie Brooks and Alexis McGee? Do they have a good program that is worth for the money?

Hello,
I am a new investor. I need your inputs about which city in Texas that is hot for the investment in rental property. Where can I find the information?
Can anyone provide a good realtor/broker in that city?
Which state is the best place to invest in rental property?
Does anyone know about the rental business in Arizona?

Your inputs and comments are appreciated.
