We have been a part of multiple syndications.   Sometimes with 1-3 members and others well over 30 based on the deal and type of syndication offering.   Most have varied from 400,000 to 5,000,000 raised in advance of having a deal, but rather a set RE focus that the funds raised will be used for.

Post: Does anyone have examples of a HOA RFP?

We are in the process of putting a proposal together and are trying to figure out what to include and approximately how to price services.  Not looking for a fixed rate, just a general idea.  We mainly manage market rate apartment communities, so this is a new area for us.  In many ways it seems much easier, so my guess is market rate apartment communities have a higher management fee rate vs. HOAs.

Any info in this area is extremely appreciated. I want to expand into this area to help grow our property management business and am simply trying to understand the needs of a HOA compared to Multi Family.
