Thanks a lot to everybody that helped me out. And thanks Rick for feeling my pain. I'll definitely check all those areas and see which pubs I can use.

Thanks a lot, Derek. You too, Cody. Everything you guys said makes sense. Now, I've got the buyer side covered. What about the seller side? Can't find deals without a seller. How do I get them to call me. The method I had in mind, other than Craigslist, was a local publication. How do I go about the seller side to have them call me? Or do I have to call them? Help me out on this one, guys!

Oliver

Thanks a lot, Cody. But is there another way you can get MOTIVATED sellers to call you?

I have a question for all the wholesalers in the Portland, Oregon area. Which free publication is used to advertise that you are looking for houses? I don't see "Thrifty Nickel" circulated around here. Yours answers greatly appreciated.

Oliver.

I have a question for the Portland, Oregon residents. I am brand new in wholesaling and I was wondering if all Purchase and Sale agreements as well as Assignment contracts have to be distributed by a state organization, or can I just download one off the internet?

Can anyone in the Portland, Oregon area recommend a good wholesaler-friendly title company? I would really appreciate it, as I'm just starting out. Thanks.
