I recently started a Real Estate Investment Company and I rented a suite to conduct my business... Upon reading the lease for the unit.. I realize that I need property and liability insurance for my company to occupy the space...That's cool I don't mind getting insurance, however I'm having a hard time finding someone to insure me with the type of company I have started...
Any suggestions?......
