I need help on how to identify if a delinquent property is just land or if it has a house. How can I know the difference? I have a list from my state that had properties and this is an example of their description. So far I know that if it has “ lot “ it’s pretty much land but how do I know if one has a house on it?

@Ted Thomas Question about the tax lien, so if I purchase a property that is delinquent for taxes and I pay for it. Do I become owner of the property? Or is there like a waiting period? Am I able to sell that property to someone else or how does it work? I’m from Alabama.
