Could I get the name of your real estate person also? I have tried a couple and haven't had much luck. Thanks in advance.

Hello Bp members. I have been doing a lot of research and have been looking for a wholesale property to flip. I have an investor who has limited flipping experience as I do. I have been listening to a lot of the BP podcasts and have learned that I am considered the "sweat equity partner". I do the leg work of finding deals and presenting them to the investor. I will then rehab the house along with my father and then sell it.
I would love to meet some one who either has wholesale properties in Lawrence or in the Overland Park, Lenexa area. I would also love to meet some fellow flippers in Lawrence.
Thanks in advance
NC

Dustin,
I am also getting started in Lawrence. I am currently working on purchasing my first flip. I'd love to pick your brain some time about analyzing deals and all that. I am a handyman/contractor/landscaper and have an investor friend that I'm starting to work with in the area and i'm trying to learn as much as I can as I start on this venture.

Hello. My name is nick. I have an investor friend/business partner and we are looking to start buying homes that are in rough shape or that are outdated. We want to buy them fix them up and sell them. My investor already has several properties that he uses as rental properties. I would like to do some networking with realtors and other folks in the industry looking to sell some houses at wholesale prices.
Thanks!
