Just looking to start analyzing some deals. I was wondering what your thoughts are about this deal? All criticism and comments are welcome.
@Jeff Copeland thank you for your response it really helps me get a grasp on the field I’m looking into.
@Jay Thomas thank you for your response I really appreciate it.
@Bruce Lynn thanks for your response it helps me get a feel for a start up photographer.
@Marian Huish currently looking into starting my own real estate photography career. So I was looking into it and figure I would ask everyone on BiggerPockets to get a feel for it. I am also working on getting my realator’s license as well in the near future.
I have a question for all real estate agents and brokers.
Would you pay a photographer to take updated photos of the client’s house you are trying to sell in the same or surrounding cities of that photographer?
If so what would be your limit to pay for professional looking photos?

@Brandon Rush
He is an older man and he is alone. All of his family moved back to their home state while he stayed behind. So it’s to big of a house for him to want to take care of and just wants to find a low rental apartment which he has already taken action to apply for a few around town.

@Brandon Rush, thanks some much for the help.
I have been in contact with a lender and working on getting a generic purchase agreement for my current location.
Is there a way that I can avoid involving an attorney if we come to an agreement in person?
With the property, I know the previous owner who sold it to the current owner and that was between 2 and 3 years ago and only had to replace a single window to sell the house. Since then the current own claims to have replaced the roof and has had the furnace and water heater serviced. Are there public records anywhere I could find to confirm his claims?
Thanks, Nick
