Hi all,
I haven't posted in a while since I've been dealing with my new home. I just purchased a 2bd 2br condo in Kansas City with a VA home loan. I put 0% down. I'm looking to turning this into a rental eventually. The condo is a pretty decent condo, even though there could be a few upgrades here and there. I was curious of what you'd do if you were me right now. I appreciate the guidance in advance. I'm still new to all this and my goal is to eventually move out of this condo, rent it out, and get a new house and rinse and repeat for a bit.
Post: How do people buy multiple houses a year?

Quote from @Theresa Harris:
I think it depends on what you want and how much money you have (and can borrow). I bought two places one year, sold a third and used the money from that sale to buy two more the next year....and then didn't buy anything for a few years. All were bought with 20% down and the houses (aside from one) were over $200K which was at the price range for where I bought. One needed a bit of work ($7K), two needed no work and one needed A LOT of work.

I'm new to investing and was curious how people buy multiple houses in one year. With my VA home loan I have to live in the house for a year before I move out. Would be cool if I could split the VA loan and buy two houses in the same year.
Post: Multi family or Single family with VA loan?

Hi all. I'm looking to become an investor in the KC area and I was curious if I should pull the trigger on a multi family or single family home with the VA loan? The problem with multi family is that the inventory is VERY low and not a ton of great locations. I was thinking about buying a single family home, renovating it, and then rent it out a year later when I move out. The thing is, is this normal? Buying a house a year? I'm a 25M and looking to start soon.
Any insight would be appreciated thank you!
