Hi Logan, I really appreciate you taking the time to respond. I may try reposting this with a Tennessee tag.

I know that I want to get the 4 townhomes built, but I don’t know the best way to do that. If it’s possible for me to keep 2 of the townhomes, I absolutely would. The only thing holding me back from trying to keep them is the fact that I want to use the money from this project to fund a different multifamily project here in the Seattle area. I’m not comfortable structuring everything by myself. I’m hoping for a mentor with good intentions and a willingness to be involved, someone who knows they’ll benefit from my success.

Hello,

I've been interested in REI for the last 15 years, I've tried to learn as much as possible. I bought my first home while living in East Tennessee in 2021. It was a home on a double lot and I was able to negotiate a 2.49% interest rate. The lot is already split but my loan is for both lots together. It's zoned R4 so I'd love to build 2 townhomes on each lot if possible. I'm looking for help navigating the next few steps to the completion of the project. Thank you for reading, I appreciate any help!
