Post: How to market industrial deals in and around the Fort Lauderdale area?

Hi Bigger Pockets Community!


I am a sales manager for a wholesaling company in the north east. I recently got an industrial deal in Oakland Park, FL but have no buyers in the area and don't usually work in the industrial/commercial RE space. Does anybody have recommendations on where to go and where to find potential buyers. I would love some advice on the topic!
