Hello I am a novice investor and college student looking to find a home to house hack in the Orlando area, I have been trying to find a realtor in the area to help me find homes that meet my criteria. What should I look for in a good realtor? How do I connect with one?

@John Newman yes that was the plan, I'm going to be as professional as possible, no leniency because they are my friends. Is the parents cosigning really a viable strategy?
