Hi BP,

I'm wondering if anyone has a template for a JV agreement between 2 investors who want to go in on a flip together? I've found a lot of examples of JV agreements for co-wholesaling but have had no luck with finding anything for investing. Ex. JV between 2 investors where one is the financial partner and the other is providing sweat equity.. etc. I'd really appreciate the help. Thanks.

Hi Eric, yes it is possible and it happens all the time. It's referred to as "co-wholesaling."
