New investor in the Memphis and northern MS areas. I have been researching and learning over the past few months. This has definitely been an interesting and exciting journey so far. Looking to continue learning and connect with other investors in the area.  

Any helpful information for a newbie is welcomed along with dates on upcoming meetings/gatherings in the area.
