My apologies for the confusion. I would like to assist wholesalers in this area with finding deals, gathering paperwork, putting out signs, following up on leads, and pretty much anything else that they need help with.

@Adam Schneider, - Thank you for your reply. I am willing to help in any way that would be beneficial to that person or team. I work full time so I would be willing to assist someone whenever possible in the evenings or on weekends.
I am looking to get into wholesaling but I am also interested in learning all areas of real estate investing.
