Michael, Sorry I've been late answering you. I have a small retail center, 4 stores about 1800 sq ft, in Falls Church. A large developer has gotten approval for a large mixed used project which encompasses my property. The developer is working on site plan and wants approval before pulling trigger on purchasing all the parcels that are part of his plan. My intent is to take my share of the property and invest here in Seattle. Unfortunately it may be another year before the site plan is approved. It's been a 3 year journey with this Northern Va project.

I'm newly licensed real estate broker affiliated with Keller Williams. I've owned and managed commercial and residential properties for most of my life.

I currently own and manage commercial property in Northern Virginia. This is a family owned property that has been in my family for over 7 decades. I have it under contract with a developer and may be looking to do a 1031 with the sales of that property. Looking to invest in properties in this region - considering multi-family and commercial properties. I've not done a flip and would like to try if the right property can be found. I'm an engineer by profession (retired Electrical/Mechanical Engineer) and have good skills when in comes to construction. I have general contracted my own renovation projects.

I've lived in this region now for 11-years. I'm originally from the east coast - Washington DC metropolitan area (Norther Virginia). I manage and own commercial property in the Northern Virginia market and looking to invest in this region. I'm particularly interested in flipping residential properties and/or buy and hold properties for rental.
