Where to begin. For me being 23 years only and in a large market here in Chicago and NWI I knew and was told that we would have to pump out the content to prove credibility and quality.

We needed to flood a space that was already full of investors and wholesalers and flippers.

So we used content and a lot of it.

Started with platforms we had a lot to choose from but we started pushing content on these

Facebook (Business and Personal)

Instagram (Business and Personal)

Blogger

Vine

Google + (Business and Personal)

Youtube

Flickr

Our website

Bigger Pockets

Twitter (Business and Personal)

LinkedIn (Business and Personal)

Tumblr

Pinterest

I knew when people went to google Bolthouse Homes I wanted a wow factor of "Man that is a ton of content" along with "they really do some professional stuff"

I aimed for 25 total posts a day and one video a week.

We do all of our own content.

We now shoot our own listing photography and videography.

We design our own logos for our brand and other brands we are working on which is about 5 different ones.

We handle all of our own printing and we save about 1/3rd of typical printing costs.

Company naming and brand direction. Those brain storming sessions that take a long time to just form the name but then the vision of the company is clear and has a real brand and market potential.

Beyond this I knew we needed to stay pumped and motivated cause being an entrepreneur those 12-16 hours days can begin to feel heavy so motivation is so key.

I follow these guys    | Grant Cardone | Gary Vaynerchuk | Eric Thomas

Stay motivated - Stay focused on your goals - Keep grinding

The one reason people in this business will fail the most is your lack of patience, when people go into their own businesspeople think its going to magically happen in five minutes. The lack of patience is what hurts so many people.

This won't happen overnight.

Gary Vaynerchuk took a 3 million dollar business to a 60 million dollar business in 5 years.

What people didn't see is from age 22 till 30 years old Gary worked 7 days a week 15 hours a day.

People see these big names of these massively successful people and they say I want to be a millionaire and I want to be there.

They didn't see the 10 years 100 hours a week grind and hustle it took to get there. Never forget that.

You are doing it!

Stay motivated and start putting in the long hours.

Its going to be about the hustle now for the next year with you.

Here are the top five things according to me personally of what you need to do.

1. Start networking daily make it a daily goal to talk to someone brand new and sell yourself to them and get them in your network.

2. Start posting 25 pieces of social media content a day. Do a lot on bigger pockets there are some great networks here.

3. Find your niche, what area will you be investing how will you be investing and become the EXPERT in that area.

4. Upload a profile picture and go pro here on bigger pockets and start utilizing this tool to the fullest!

5. Get known in the space. Start some pages

Facebook

Instagram

Twitter

Blogger

Snapchat

LinkedIn

Youtube channel

Website page for your business

Pump out content

Miami is a big market for real estate but dominate by putting the most content out there flood it with your brand and your company.

Stay motivated follow; Grant Cardone, Gary Vaynerchuk and Eric Thomas.

@Matt Boyle days on market are typically less in IN just cause the market is a little smaller and as far as rentals go it shows a higher profit cause of taxes being lower.
