@Danny Kay Danny, we received a temporary occupancy document.. would you think that would work? It’s not that big of a deal - I think it’ll only 3 months... just eager to leave. :))

@J Scott thank you... yes, this is our primary residence and all permits have passed except a minor door blow test that needs to be conducted. Thank you, I think that helps and that’s what I was going with :)

Hello everyone! I’ve built a new home and would love to sell my home after the 2hr mark. I asked around and been getting multiple answers from realtors, builders and CPA but don’t have a clear answer on when my day 1 begins; when we established mail services, when we actually moved in (which was about 3 months prior to final inspection) or after the final inspection? TY!

@Vincent Incopero thank you Vincent! I’ve been listening to the podcast and wondering if there are people who do wholesale multi-units. We made a really nice profit on our previous home and used the proceeds to build us a house free n clear. Now considering taking out $350-440k equity to begin. Any suggestions?
How can I find a wholesale buy? Homes in our area are difficult to find for a long-term rental that bring $100+ monthly after bills. Ty so much!
