The loan would only be for less than two years to allow selling / closing of Utah house and new mortgage on next property. Carry debt/payments won't be a problem.

I've inherited a nice home in Utah which I've listed and need to get 50% of its value in cash for another property before losing the opportunity.

What are my options? (Title not yet transferred, I am executor)
