I'm looking to get started wholesaling home in my area. I was wondering what are some tips you would suggest for getting started in this field? I'm very quick at picking new thingsup & applying that knowledge. I plan to start with wholesales & work my way up from there to buy & holds, investment properties. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated thank you.
