Twin Cities Mastermind meet-up tonight! My name is Nick Krogstad, join myself and my brother tonight as we begin our first mastermind meet-up. He and I are rookies in the industry, but can bring value. My brother and I are going to partner on our first long-term rental this Spring. I'm a licensed General Contractor, owner of a home remodeling company here in the Twin Cities. I've been in the industry for 9 years and bring expertise and knowledge in home remodeling. I've owned two homes, both primary residences. The first was a two year live-and-flip, had two roommates lighten my mortgage bill, and I sold last April for a 110% ROI. I then purchased my second primary residence and began the same process. I listen to BP, the OG and Rookie podcast, almost daily. We're looking for 2-3 more members to meet bi-weekly for 30 min via Zoom, along with a quarterly in-person hangout.

Thanks for the advice Ned!  We're thinking a 30 min Zoom meeting to start, (especially since our winter is here) with a quarterly in-person get together.
