hello, I am a 36 year old engineer in central PA. My wife and I own our home and have always had an interest in real estate investing. 

We are currently looking for another income stream and I am trying to find a good income property. My wife is very risk averse, so we will definitely move slowly. 

Thanks in advance for the stuff I'm going to be reading!
