Hey Ian I live in the south suburbs and looking to get into fix n flips in single family homes and eventually get into multi family and start a renting portfolio just wondering if we could talk more and get some insight and work together on something
Haha I was going to say that's pretty impressive. So is there a way I could contact you about any questions I may have about properties I come across?
Thanks Jeff that information helped out a lot really appreciate it. Also where did you find those numbers about Homewood and the Chicagoland area in general? Thanks again

I have not purchased a property yet but am looking to do so hopefully in the next couple weeks, I want to try and look for a property to rehab but as summer comes to an end i was just wondering if it becomes harder to sell the property during the winter? Would I  be better off waiting til spring so i would not have to worry about holding cost?  oh and I live in the south suburbs of Chicago if it makes a difference.

thanks for your time.
