Congrats Dad!

Agree with @Chris Simmons  You should expand on the story.  It's been inspiring to watch and I'm sure others would appreciate it as well.

@Brandon Turner, although I am admittedly biased, I have been wanting to nominate my dad as a podcast candidate for some time.  I can't think of a better 50th birthday and retirement present.  Hilarious, down to earth, and sharp guy with a great story and unusual business model!

Hi All,

After listening to the BP podcast and reading the blog for a couple months, I figured it was time to officially join the community! I am a buy and hold investor with 4 single family homes, living in Chicago. Looking forward to attending some local events soon as well.

Question for the Chicago locals: Does anyone have a good tax professional they would like to recommend?

I can repost this in "tax, legal, etc." if needed, but thought I would give it a shot right off the bat here.

Thanks,

Nick
