Hi everyone,
Starting to get serious about investing in real estate and just stumbled across BP. I'm excited to join the community and hopefully get in on the investing end as well!
For a bit of background: my colleague and I are based in Los Angeles and are thinking about investing somewhere in the SoCal region (but obviously are still doing our due diligence before we commit to that). From what we can gather so far, it seems like a single- or multi-family home would be an ideal starting point for our levels of experience and capital.
We are excited to continue learning more about REI and would love to connect with anyone in the same area or with the same interests.
