Thanks, Joe. Totally agree; they don't seem to care about bottom line numbers. The issue is the area we are in does not seem to have many better mgt options.

Hello BP Network - Looking for advice on how to push/motivate a third party management company. I own a 112 unit work force housing property and gave it to a third party mgt company about 2 years ago after I managed for 2. Since then the NOI has dropped and total income has remained flat and now dropped each month since December 2024.

Does anyone have any advice on how to apply pressure? We had a call last week where the owner was a last minute no-show, and instead just spoke with the regional about how poorly things have been going. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks, John. I will give this a go and see if I get anywhere with it!

Hello All! I am a new investor to the area and looking to do a tax appeal. Does anyone have the name of a lawyer that works on a contingency (or hourly) for this kind of work?

Very much appreciate the help!
