Wow.... This was my first time actually coming to the site and posting. Blown away with how fast you guys responded and with the level of quality advice! 

@Roger Vi, I'm currently an engineering major but I'm in the process of changing it to a more business but technical degree like maybe coding or supply chain (honestly have no idea yet)

@Sam Valme it sounds way more simple when you lay it out like that, I really appreciate it. All of that is great information, such a good idea for a part time job to do in my free time.

Hey everyone, so a little backstory... my brother just bought his first rental, growing up my dad owned a rental property as well. We spent and still do spend a lot of time there so I'm familiar with the hands on aspect. I'm just curious on how I can get involved into real estate early, like this coming school year. Looking for some advice, anything will help! Thanks.
