Thanks for the reply! I spent 24 years of my life in Plainville, CT by the way. I've been in Dallas for the last 3. My uncle is a cop in Stamford. Small world.

Hey y'all, 

I'm brand new to real estate investing but looking to buy my first rental property in the next quarter. I have been in medical sales for the last 7 years but would love to make real estate a full time career ASAP. I'd take any direction, guidance, mentorship, information, etc. at this point. 

I'd also be willing to trade time and assistance for knowledge! Thanks for your time.
