Hello Asif, I’m ok. Yes I am looking for a Angel Investor. It is for a unique 

Bed-n-breakfast. Nothing that has been done before. I predict it would be booked solid while it’s still being built! The idea I have is like, revolutionary. I don’t hope or wish it would be successful I KNOW it would be the most sought after bed n breakfast. That’s just how I’ve been feeling for the last 4 years, just rather keep it to myself until I find the right person to pitch it to. It’s not cheap. (Maybe 4 or 5 million) should earn that back and more in a about 3 or 4 years and im being modest. But it’s guaranteed to attract all walks, all backgrounds and allll age groups. And yes, I’ve never been more confident about anything in my life. It’s a pretty penny but the POPULARITY and recognition and the story behind this would be like a book you can’t stop reading. :)

I’ve been sitting on this idea for a while now. Came across BiggerPockets and thought…why not. I tried FB marketplace but it’s overwhelming. I would love some advice on how to contact an Angel Investor. I’m just an ordinary girl with an extraordinary idea. :) I have a gift of thinking outside the box. I’ve come up with a really unique design that guarantees to attract ppl of all  ages, backgrounds and all walks of life. Because its truly never been done (this way before)… I’m very skeptical of just doing a presentation for multiple people all over the place. It is a bed and breakfast, BUT with a twist that has not been done before.  The best part about it is, it’s headache free…and very lucrative passive income, I’ll take care of everything.
