Hi! Our rental property was recently reappraised by the Shelby County Assesor. The new assessment went up from $70,800 to $104,300. We bought the property just recently for $115,000. Do you think it is worth getting an informal review? The property was appraised for $116,000 when we purchased it.

Thank you so much for the input! I didn't even know you could insure for termite. Good to know.

Hi! This is my first time posting. We just made our first investment in Memphis by purchasing a single family home through Memphis Invest. My question is--Does one usually need a termite contract? We have one for our own home and I was thinking it would be a good idea to protect our investment. Thank you!
