Hello!

It's no secret that real estate is tough and it's hard to know a profitable investment when I see one. The flyers, open houses, postcards, email blasts, and multiple websites do not seem to be working, and I'm starting to wonder if working 24/7 will make the cut. It's no picnic, to say the least.

Has anyone else been struggling with this?
