Thanks so much for the reply! I haven’t officially started into the MTR market, but I definitely want to get my feet wet! I’m not loving my numbers in the off season, so I’ll definitely check out how others are doing on those platforms! Appreciate it! 

Hey there folks, I've had my STR in Galveston for a little over a year now and I don't love the numbers I've seen. Obviously the high season through the Spring and Summer do well, but I'd like to try to incorporate a mid term strategy on the off-season..is there any one that has experience with mid term renting in Galveston and what sites are you using?

 I believe I am more personable than most. While some claim to have a personal touch, I actually go out of my way to make each and every guest feel at home and welcomed! I love making them feel like they’re at their home away from home. Also I take very good care of the homes I manage, always making sure they are up kept properly between cleaners and maintenance.
