Hello! In need of guidance.
"The Residences at Woodland Valley Ranch" is a new development company. We have purchased 37.38 acres of land in St John's Arizona in the subdivision of Woodland Valley Ranch. We are working on a development project that would include building Barndominiums preferably luxury.
We are interested in an equity partnership with a land developer, what is the process? Thanks!

Hello! My name is Nicole Riley, myself and my colleague Matt Quitto of Dream Holdings, LLC have purchased 37.38 acres of land in St John's Arizona in the subdivision of Woodland Valley Ranch. We are working on a development project that would include building single family homes preferably luxury. We have a presentation package that will be distributed to developers, investors as well as buyers.
Discovery Homes at Woodland Valley Ranch is a subsidiary of Dream Holdings, LLC. Our goal is to establish a vibrant community of luxury homes in St. John's, AZ, where we aim to provide more than just houses - we strive to create an exceptional living experience in the breathtaking White Mountains.
Our motto, "The White Mountains Get Away to Get Away," perfectly encapsulates the tranquil and idyllic atmosphere we aim to curate for our residents.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
Dream Holdings, LLC was able to purchase the land for a reasonable price so the opportunity to develop the land made sense.
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
We found the deal through United Realty.
How did you finance this deal?
The land is currently being financed.
How did you add value to the deal?
We have identified a remarkable potential in the rural raw land of the White Mountains for development. Our business revolves around the design, development, and distribution of luxury residential real estate through new, ground-up construction. However, our vision extends beyond construction. We are committed to transforming and revitalizing Woodland Valley Ranch.
