I new to this forum and to world of real estate investing. I have been doing some research on real estate investing however have not been able to take action. Came across numerous online courses, read the reviews and they are not encouraging. I understand in our perfect world nothing is for free and I agree.

I know finding and working with mentor is not easy. It requires time, effort, and commitment from both sides. I also know you are probably very busy and have your own goals and challenges to deal with. That is why I assure you that I am not looking for a handout or shortcut. I am looking for a genuine relationship based on mutual respect and trust. I am willing to do the work and learn from your experience. I am looking for some guidance and advice from experienced investors who have been in my shoes and have achieved success in this field.
