Hi! Does anyone have a recommendation for a good commercial property manager in Ontario/San Bernardino County, CA? Or a good software or app that could make it easy to manage myself?

Thank you @Lance Lvovsky

It would be a gift; so I was hoping it could be tax exempt.

Hi BP!

Does anyone have any insight or experience with removing or changing a person from an S Corp that owns a commercial building without reassessing the property taxes in California? It’s a parent & child in the S Corp. Could Prop 58 be used?

Thanks!
