@Jason Kudo thanks for the insightful information :) I am so nervous, I hope I made the right choice. Joshua tree land got a little out of my price range. So decided to head to 29.

You should shoot for it. I just bought land near the north side entrance of Joshua Tree National park, 29 palms area.. I say do it it’s a hot area

Hello, I just bought land near Joshua Tree. I am looking for a Draftsman/Architect if anyone could help that would be great. 

I decided to finally put get my feet wet and start with a new build near Joshua tree. I am a first time investor so I know this will be a long ride but in for the long haul :)
