My name is Niles Bollinger and I am a Realtor and aspiring investor in Louisiana. My current goals are to build up capital by wholesaling. Once I build up enough capital, I would like to invest in a rental property. I then plan to repeat the process until I have enough rental property to supplement my full time income.

I look forward to networking with and learning from you all!

I am a new investor in Louisiana and would be very interested in a mentor. I have formed a few partnerships with other investors, but most of them are fairly new as well. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
