Well if you have anythg in Volusia &/or Flagler Counties, I would love to be of assistance.

I have a client who bought a condo for 220,000 (with a mortgage) in his personal name turned and sold it for a 55k profit closes 12-1-14.

Since has started an LLC

Now he is looking to buy other property ASAP so he doesn't get hit with taxes. 

We are putting together a contract together for another home today for purchase price of $181k to close 12/30/14 this will be financed as well.

I am new to all this, need help, thoughts??
