Hello BP,

I'm a "newbie" to personal real estate investing in the Tampa Market. Because of this, I'm finding challenges qualifying for hard money loans. With that being said, does anyone know of any local Tampa banks who may be interested in sitting down and looking over my business plan and resume to better understand my goals? As a newbie, I am only focusing on the rare 50-60% ARV deals, and believe it or not, I currently keep having to turn them down!!

If there is anyone out there interested in hearing me out, feel free to contact me! 

In addition, any particular financial institute better than the next for my business checking account?
