Howdy! Anyone have any advice on how I can accurately value RV Parks and Mobile Home Parks? If anyone has a breakdown of a project they have done or an underwriting template that would be great. Trying to break into the space. Thanks!

Howdy!

I am about to graduate college and I am curious about the best way I can learn to underwrite deals and get familiar with the process. I am talking about bigger multifamily deals around 20+ units. Would love to be able to underwrite a property quickly and efficiently. I feel like this is a skill totally worth having. Any help on how to get better / started?

Howdy! I graduate from Texas A&M in May 2024 and am looking for some advice in what route to go down. I am currently a licensed real estate agent and have been in residential real estate for the last year and a half. I recently joined a commercial firm and am now working as a research analyst looking to start working in multifamily deals. Out of all the asset classes, multifamily interests me more than all of the other classes combined, so I was wondering if anyone had advice on what route to take if I am only interested in multifamily real estate, especially value-add. Looking forward to hearing any opinions. Thanks!

Howdy! Just wanted to put this post out there to any first time or seasoned investors looking to invest in a market that will frankly never stop growing. The Bryan-College Station area will continue to thrive simply because of Texas A&M University, the largest school in the country. I am a Realtor specializing in leasing in this area, so I know a ton about what rents college students will pay for a particular property. If you are interested in investing here or just have any questions about the potential of it let me know or let's connect so we can chat. Looking forward to meeting more investors in this unique market!

Howdy, BiggerPockets!

I am currently a 3rd year college student in the Bryan-College Station area looking to start my real estate investing journey. Even though I am a real estate agent, I want to get into the investing game and figured I would ask if anyone has any recommendations on starting out. I have heard a lot about no money down options, but would love to discuss something like this in more detail from someone who has done it before. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Hey everyone! I am excited to be joining the BP community and love the Bigger Pockets podcast. I started listening about 6 months ago and since then, I have been working on my real estate license to become an agent. I am 19 years old and love everything finance and real estate related. I cannot wait for the journey and am super grateful for BP!
