Hey @Trever Aydelott,

I actually didn't have any luck finding a delayed financing provider. I'm refinancing it now that my seasoning period is over. Who are you using and how are you getting around changing your DTI? PM me.

Hey BP, I've got a house under contract for 50k that needs 15k in rehab and will appraise for 85-90k when finished. Does anyone know of a bank in Georgia that provides delayed financing? I've called all the local banks in central Georgia and have had no luck. Thanks for the help in advance!
