Hello, I am a new investor looking for my first wholesale deal. While researching the wholesaling process is found out you may need a proof of funds when buying on market properties. The deals I would be looking for would most likely be on-market through a seller's agent. I would plan on just assigning the contract. Can someone explain to me how the proof of funds would work in a deal like this?

Hi, I'm a high schooler who is becoming an adult soon and am planning on starting my real estate business as soon as I can. I have been looking forward to actually starting my business and have watched many videos and channels on real estate such as "BiggerPockets" and "Flipping Mastery", but now that the day I can actually start investing is getting closer I realize I don't know where to begin. Can someone please give me some pointers on how to start and do my first deal. I want to either wholesale of fix-and-flip my first deal then eventually move on to rentals and brrrr when I have more experience.
