Hey everyone, I’m going to be a freshman at UNCG next year and I want to get into buy and hold real estate that I can live in for however long i’m at UNCG.

I'm thinking about trying to get into a 4-plex while renting the other 3 units, all while using a FHA loan.

I would appreciate some advice, as well as some insight into the Greensboro market, like rent, occupancy, etc.

Are there any Real Estate agents in NC, that could help me get into my first rental investment property?

Looking for properties that are undervalued or foreclosed or pre-foreclosures.

I’m 18 so i’m not looking for anything too crazy, just something to get me started!

Does anyone in NC hang their license with EXP? I’m 18 and i’m taking my test to get my license within the next couple of weeks and want to get opinions on EXP. Thanks!
